The group discussed the need to create an online collaboration tool, like yahoo groups, to coordinate the organizing for major PTO events like the auction.
Jane will start an online group this Friday. She will populate the initial list from the names on Constant Contact list. Jonathan will send out a pre-message, letting everyone on the CC list know that the group will include them, and that they are welcome to opt out.
The current jobs for the auction include:
Donation Letters to Businesses — the lick and stick date is Feb 7 — the date of the next PTO. The business list will be brought to the next PTO.
Call Team to follow up on the Donation Letters. Jonathan will populate the list. Volunteers so far include: Helen, Deb G, Charles M…
Sponsorship Group — the group is currently headed by Alison L. There role is to contact businesses that are willing to become financial sponsors of KMS.
Other Jobs: Front End of Family Contributions; Abby agreed to do the programs; graphic promotion specialist;
